Easter Exercises!
Create your own backyard boot camp with Easter themed exercise. Leaping Lambs, Bunny Hops and Bunny Jumps, You can either stipulate repetitions s for each exercise or timings i.e. 45 seconds per exercise. Get the kids to invent their own Easter inspired exercises such as Egg Roll on the ground, Chirping Chicks , or even Easter Bunny Burpees!
Easter Egg Hunt with a difference!
Fill some plastic Easter eggs with exercises such as skipping, jumping on the spot, Hula Hooping etc. Fill other Easter eggs with little treats to make the game even more fun! Place the eggs around the garden or home and start the hunt!.
Egg Throws .
This is a great games for all ages! with elements of skill and fear !.Fear as you may be the player that gets Egged !
Hard boil as many eggs as you want . Players stand opposite each other and throw the egg between each other ,hopefully catching every time !, start close . As the players build up confidence start to move further away from each other increasing the distance required to catch the egg ! . If you drop the Egg you are out ! . To add an element of surprise add in some raw eggs ( eggs that haven”t been boiled !!)
Egg Rolling .
Each player decorates their own hard boiled egg. Ideally this game is played upon a hill ! , however a incline or ramp could be just as good . Roll the eggs down the hill. The egg that gets the furthest or doesn’t break is the winning Egg !
So now there is no excuse even EGGCUSE! for not exercising at Easter! Burn off those chocolate eggs with these fun activities.
